Hello, my friend and I were thrilled with the purchase of a wooden pencil and bought mountains to try. We asked the PPL a ArtShop who said they were fine for burning. My friend has started the first around a hr using a mountain that is about 10×10cm – who wore safety glasses. I realized the next day we bought the coaster in MDF (medium density fibrewood) and emits toxic fumes. I'm worried about my friend and now regrets about launching the idea of burning wood! Does anyone know if it would be safe? Very much appreciated thanks

The resin is used MDF emit bad, but if there immediate irritation and do not repeat the exercise should not be a problem.
